We zoeken 10 Independent working Chef -I. Werkplekken beschikbaar in Kerkweg 45, Heemskerk, Haarlem, Purmerend, Alkmaar en meer. Salaris volgens CAO €2.700–€3.200, afhankelijk van ervaring.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3 diploma vereist.
• Basis kooktechnieken aangetoond.
• Initiatief en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
• Stressbestendigheid tijdens piekperiodes.
• Teamplayer binnen een restaurant.
• Nederlands of Engels taalvaardig.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare lunch and dinner dishes.
• Carry out mise en place and other preparatory tasks.
• Ensure the quality, taste and presentation of dishes.
• Apply HACCP en veiligheidregels.
• Manage inventory: bestellingen, ontvangst en controle.
• Reinig en onderhoud keukenapparatuur en werkplekken.
• Denk mee over recepten en menu-updates.
• Toezicht op naleving regelgeving en het werk van assistenten.

At Mr Sushi, we are looking for enthusiastic team member — no experience required; we will teach you everything you need to know. Together you dive into the art of sushi making, fresh sashimi, perfect maki rolls and refined Japanese dishes, give your creativity free rein and grow with a recognizable, fast-growing concept.

We are looking for 10 Independent working Chef -I.

at Mr Sushi located at Kerkweg 45, 1961 JB Heemskerk, Generaal Cronjéstraat 38 ZW, 2021 JJ Haarlem, Nieuwstraat 13, 1441 CK Purmerend and Kanaalkade 20, 1811 LP Alkmaar.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Independently prepare lunch and dinner dishes
• Carry out mise en place and other preparatory tasks (cutting, mixing, portioning)
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
• Apply and comply with HACCP and safety regulations
• Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, and checking products
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces
• Contribute ideas for recipes, menu updates, and more efficient processes
• Supervising compliance with regulations and the work of the assistants.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds an MBO level 3 diploma of work and thinking level MBO 3.
• Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Shows initiative and can work independently
• Can handle stress and peak busy periods effectively
• Functions well within the dynamics of a restaurant team
• Speaks Dutch or English
• Is enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to learn
