Job summary

Resillion is seeking a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner – IT to join our Global People team in Amsterdam. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for tech roles across BeNeDE, including permanent and contractor hires.

You will directly source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, manage stakeholder expectations, and develop talent pipelines. This hybrid role involves collaboration with UK and India TA teams and a focus on diverse, inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within IT/Tech sectors.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle (perm and contractor).
• Strong direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
