Job summary

Delft Circuits is seeking a Recruiter who will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire the right talent for our quantum‑tech teams.

You’ll write engaging job advertisements, advise on sourcing strategies, and manage candidate experience from first contact to offer, including GDPR compliant recruitment administration. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/related field.
• At least three years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and online platforms.
• Excellent English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Interest in technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process with hiring managers and HR.
• Write engaging job advertisements and advise on strategies.
• Actively source candidates and manage candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Coordinate recruitment and ensure GDPR compliant administration.
• Maintain relationships with agencies and external partners.
• Represent Delft Circuits at career events.
