Job summary

Eye Security in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a diverse portfolio from day one, build strong client partnerships, and drive long-term value through onboarding and adoption.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams, acting as the voice of the customer and a key driver of retention and growth. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, as is experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar role.
• Strong client relationship skills and evidence of driving retention and growth.
• Fluent Dutch and English, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a diversified portfolio and drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Identify upsell opportunities and advocate for customer value.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales to deliver seamless experiences.
• Track customer health metrics and translate insights into actions.
