Job summary

Eye Security seeks a Customer Success Manager to own a strategic portfolio from day one. You will design and execute success strategies, guide onboarding and adoption, and ensure customers gain maximum value from our cybersecurity solutions.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for customers and drive long‑term growth across Europe, reporting to the Customer Success Team. This role embraces autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar.
Fluent in Dutch and English; comfortable with senior stakeholder conversations.
Analytical; turns data into actionable customer insights.
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Customer-focused mindset; drives retention and growth in SaaS/cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of customers and drive adoption, satisfaction and retention.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs.
Advocate for customers internally to influence product and service improvements.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and others to ensure seamless experiences.
Use data to monitor health metrics and craft actionable customer strategies.
