Job summary

SurePay in Utrecht is expanding its Customer Success team, seeking a commercially-driven CSM to manage a book of tier 1 and tier 2 banking clients across the Benelux. You’ll translate client feedback into practical solutions and drive upsell and renewals.

You’ll be the client’s primary guide, ensuring maximum value from our service, driving adoption, monitoring performance, and leading QBRs with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CSM experience in Fintech/Payments/SaaS serving banks.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer relationship guiding them into full business execution.
• Develop and maintain deep, strategic, and long-term relationships to ensure account growth.
• Proactively drive the adoption and utilization of our service, ensuring clients use the platform effectively.
• Continuously monitor client performance, service usage, and key metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and establish regular performance reporting.
