Job summary
SurePay is expanding its CSM team in the Netherlands, focusing on tier 1 and tier 2 banking clients across the Benelux. You will translate client feedback into solutions, drive commercial growth through transactional upgrades, and partner with Account Directors on renewals and account strategy.
This role blends relationship management, strategic advising, and commercial execution. You will guide clients to maximum value, ensure high adoption, and support successful renewals in a dynamic fintech
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CSM experience in Fintech/Payments/SaaS, serving banks as clients
- Technical acumen: discuss APIs and banking technology within regulated environments
- Strong relationship management and ability to build long-term client partnerships
- Commercial collaboration: identify growth opportunities and act with account teams
- Fluent English and Dutch, with strong verbal and written communication
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with change and ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship and guide clients to maximum value from the service
- Drive adoption and ensure effective platform utilization across accounts
- Monitor client performance, usage, and key metrics to spot risks and opportunities
- Conduct product training and create client enablement resources
- Lead quarterly business reviews and provide regular performance reporting
