Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with software support and bug reporting a plus.
• Affinity with software/computers and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for SEM users and answer questions.
