Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Specialist with expertise in Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As an Application Specialist at Semplor, you will be a key player in providing pre-sales support, training, and application expertise to our customers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that users maximize the potential of our tabletop SEM systems.
Applications Development: Collaborate with customers to develop and fine-tune imaging techniques and analytical workflows, tailored to their specific research, quality control, or industrial needs.
Technical Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our SEM technology. Image and analyze specimens and create job reports for prospective customers.
Training: Deliver comprehensive training to customers and our distributors, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to operate the Tabletop SEM systems effectively.
Documentation: Create and maintain in-depth application notes, user manuals, and documentation to guide users in diverse applications, including materials science, life sciences, and beyond.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our R&D and engineering teams to relay feedback from customers and contribute to product enhancements and new feature development.
