Job summary
Sceptr in Utrecht is seeking a proactive Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will provide ongoing support and maintenance for our SaaS services, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the primary contact for partners and clients.
In this role, you will collaborate with DevOps and R&D to enhance our monitoring and security capabilities across large-scale environments. A hybrid work arrangement and local presence in the Netherlands are preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in supporting complex network environments and ITIL processes.
- Strong Linux system administration knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate with DevOps and R&D teams to improve services.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English with clear communication.
- Based in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support and maintenance for Sceptr’s services.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage system changes, and be the primary contact for partners and clients.
- Monitor and secure customer networks using cutting-edge tools as a managed service.
- Collaborate with DevOps and R&D to enhance our SaaS environment.
- Work remotely in complex, large-scale customer environments.
