Job summary

RIEDEL Communications is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to design and present technical solutions across BeNeLux, Nordics, Poland and Baltics. You will collaborate with Sales to shape proposals and participate in RFPs, delivering product demonstrations and acting as the technical ambassador for customers and partners.

You should have a university degree or equivalent in EE/IT/AV, plus Pre-Sales experience, strong communication, and a readiness to travel.

Qualifications

University or vocational training in EE, communications, AV or IT.
Pre-Sales or engineering experience required.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Understanding of Broadcast/Media Technology market and systems.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, CAD, CRMs and PM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead Pre-Sales tasks with Sales for BeNeLux, Nordics, Poland and Baltics; support others in EMEA.
Consult with customers, integrators, consultants and staff to design systems meeting requirements.
Produce detailed technical proposals and respond to tenders as needed.
Deliver product demonstrations; ensure customers are equipped with product knowledge.
Assist Services teams in demos, POCs and onsite or online presentations.
