Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of broadcasting, radio or TV technology.
• Experience navigating multiple stakeholders in complex buying processes.
• Experience preparing tenders, bids or formal proposals.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Win customers across Europe.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and convert opportunities into signed business.
• Own the full commercial cycle including proposals, tenders, negotiation and closing.
• Lead early product and commercial conversations with technical knowledge.
• Build and manage a healthy European pipeline of opportunities.
• Represent M&I at industry events and trade shows.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasts and sales reporting.
