Qualifications

• Windows/Mac OS and networking knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ certifications a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access provisioning.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
