Job summary
Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking an IT Service Technician to deliver high‑quality 1st and 2nd line support across the organisation. You will troubleshoot Mac and Windows devices, resolve software and network issues, and provide friendly, patient customer service.
The role covers ticket logging in HaloITSM, onboarding and offboarding tasks, and managing user access and equipment. Based in Utrecht, the position offers a hybrid working model and opportunities for learning and skill
Qualifications
- Proficient in Mac and Windows environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
- Support Mac and Windows devices with equal proficiency.
- Resolve M365 and email issues (user‑level).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and VPN issues.
- Assist users with software installations and configurations.
- Provide mobile device support and MDM troubleshooting.
