Job summary

IFS is seeking an IT Operations IT Support Engineer to deliver expert-level multi-platform support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. You will serve as a key escalation resource, drive improvements in service delivery, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires hands-on deployment, configuration, and security tasks across an enterprise Apple/Mac ecosystem, plus Windows and mobile support. Travel to Den Bosch office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong macOS troubleshooting, deployment, security, and optimization experience.
• Experience managing Mac fleets with Jamf Pro and using Apple Business Manager.
• Proficient Windows and mobile (iOS/Android) support capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI-driven applications and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level multi-platform IT support across Windows, macOS, and mobility platforms, onsite and remote.
• Serve as escalation resource for complex issues, lead improvements in service delivery, and mentor peers.
• Maintain and optimize office IT infrastructure including video conferencing and network connectivity.
• Design and implement AI-driven apps and workflow automations to streamline tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to IT governance, and document processes.
