Job summary

SurePay, headquartered in Utrecht, is seeking an IT Support professional who will become the backbone of daily operations and AI policy execution. You will support 120+ employees, keeping them online, secure, and augmented by AI tools.

You will handle onboarding, Tier 1 tech support, macOS/iOS troubleshooting, and Google Workspace administration, while driving adoption of GenAI tooling across departments in collaboration with Security.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficient with macOS (Ventura/Sonoma) and iOS.
• Experience with Jamf and Apple Business Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace from user/admin perspective.
• Proficient with Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard/off-board new employees; set up hardware and system access.
• Provide Tier 1 support for hardware/software via tickets, Slack, and in-person.
• Diagnose and fix macOS issues, connectivity problems, and app bugs.
• Support mobile productivity on iPhones and iPads (iOS/iPadOS).
• Assist users with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
• Device management and automation (Jamf) for macOS/iOS devices.
• Troubleshoot enrollment issues (DEP/ADE) and self-service app installs.
• Monitor system usage and security threats.
