Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to accelerate internal productivity with AI and automation. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative AI solutions, integrating advanced models and agent orchestration to reduce manual work across teams, while shaping technical strategy and adoption of the tooling ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience with scripting and tooling.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering and ML workflows.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud, Vertex AI, and K8s deployments.
• Experience integrating third‑party AI models and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build robust, scalable internal tooling and automation.
• Document and hand over ownership to stakeholders.
• Architect AI-powered solutions across Legal, Support, and Operations.
• Deliver end-to-end technical solutions from concept to deployment.
• Drive rapid prototyping and minimum viable product iterations.
