Job summary

IFS is seeking a mid-level IT Support Engineer to deliver expert end-user support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms in a hybrid enterprise environment. The role emphasizes AI-driven diagnostics, automation via Power Platform tools, and proactive service improvement.

You will mentor peers, create documentation, and participate in cross-regional projects to sustain high service levels. Onsite work is required with travel to the Den Bosch office in the Netherlands at least 4 days per

Qualifications

• Formal IT education or equivalent experience in enterprise IT support.
• Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting across an enterprise fleet.
• Experience with AI-driven support and automation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level IT support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms onsite and remotely.
• Escalate complex issues and mentor junior staff while improving service delivery.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and security hardening of Apple devices and Microsoft devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones and regions.
• Travel to IFS offices in the Netherlands as required.
