Job summary

Planon is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to ensure HR processes run smoothly and payroll changes are processed accurately. You will support onboarding, contract changes, leave processes and offboarding while maintaining high data quality.

You will contribute to a scalable, data-driven HR operating model and collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT and employees in a hybrid work setting. Dutch and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or payroll support.
• Strong attention to detail when handling HR data.
• Fluent in Dutch and English for internal and external communication.
• Experience with HR systems and data hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid international environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers with HR and payroll questions.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract changes and offboarding.
• Process and verify HR and payroll changes with high accuracy.
• Maintain quality, completeness and accuracy of HR data.
• Assist in the administration and use of HR systems like Planon.
