Job summary

Oikocredit International is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to ensure accurate administration of employee data, payroll, and HR processes within the HRIS. You will support onboarding, maintain HR information sources, and drive continuous improvement for a seamless employee experience.

You will manage payroll liaison, employment documentation, and admin tasks, while collaborating with external partners. A Dutch-English proficient, process-oriented professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational degree with 6-8 years of HR Operations experience or a bachelor's degree with 2-4 years in HR operations.
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Word, and ability to work with databases.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to create and implement administrative processes and priorities.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Native-level Dutch with good English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• HR support: first-line support, onboarding, maintaining internal HR information sources, improving services.
• HR Administration: payroll liaison, prepare employment agreements, process admin tasks (visa, tax, sickness).
• Data, tools and process management: optimize HR processes, manage HRIS database, ensure qualitative reporting.
• Be the first contact for external partners (HRIS, ARBO, UWV, tax authorities, IND).
