Job summary

Helin Data is seeking an HR Specialist in the Netherlands to oversee people operations with focus on onboarding, payroll, and compliance. You will partner with managers and employees to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes across a fast-growing, international team.

The role demands attention to detail, ownership, and a data-driven approach to improve policies and the employee experience. Hybrid work is available, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of P&C best practices and employee relations.
• Experience preparing payroll mutations or supporting payroll administration.
• Recruitment experience and partnership with hiring managers.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line P&C support and advice to employees and managers across a wide range of people topics.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes, ensuring changes and mutations are reflected with the payroll provider.
• Support recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure P&C documentation and workflows are complete and compliant.
• Support performance management and engagement initiatives.
