Job summary

Planon is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to ensure HR processes run smoothly and payroll changes are processed accurately. You will support onboarding, contract changes, leave processes and offboarding while maintaining high data quality.

You will contribute to a scalable, data-driven HR operating model and collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT and employees in a hybrid work setting. Dutch and English fluency is essential.

As HR Operations & Payroll Specialist, you play an important role in delivering reliable, efficient and people-focused HR services. You work within the HR Team and act as the connecting link between employees, managers, HR, Finance, IT and our digital HR platforms.

In this role, you ensure that HR processes run smoothly, payroll changes are processed accurately and employees can rely on excellent service. You also actively contribute to the continued development of a scalable, data-driven and future-ready HR operating model.

• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and self-service solutions.


• Contribute to knowledge management, digital innovation and AI-supported HR services.

Salary range: € 3.300 - 5.693 gross per month, depending on experience.
This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role, based on objective, role-related criteria. The total compensation package includes variable compensation and additionalbenefits.
