Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to deliver efficient HR administration and optimize processes for the BeNeLux region. You will support the employee lifecycle, payroll data handling, and HRIS management as part of a remote People & Culture team.

You will work in a hybrid setup with Amsterdam, supporting onboarding to payroll changes and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HR administration in a modern, digitalized context.
• Experience supporting HR operations in BeNeLux with knowledge of local labor legislation.
• High integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential information remotely.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Proactive, self-managing with focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative team player capable of working across a dispersed remote BeNeLux team.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration activities and respond to employee and manager requests with accuracy and efficiency using ServiceNow and other HR systems.
• Support the full employee lifecycle in Workday and related systems including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and documentation updates.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, salary letters, deduction agreements, and other personnel records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities for Belgium and Luxembourg, collaborating with Finance and external payroll providers.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance while working with auditors and local authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, service delivery, and technology utilization to enhance efficiency and experience.
• Contribute to HR projects and guide employees on HR inquiries.
