Job summary

Asahi Intecc Europe B.V. is seeking an HR Assistant / Coordinator to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR system improvements.

You will work under the HR Manager and gradually own responsibilities, with opportunities to expand into payroll, employee relations, learning and development, and process automation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in HR administration, HR operations and/or recruitment coordination.
• Knowledge of Dutch HR administration or employment practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Integrity and discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, contract amendments and other HR documents.
• Coordinate onboarding, internal changes, renewals and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data; monitor deadlines.
• Support vacancy posting, applicant tracking and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
• Collect, verify and submit information for monthly payroll processing.
• Communicate with payroll providers and external partners.
• Support HR systems implementation and ongoing improvements.
