Job summary

Medline Europe in Utrecht seeks an experienced HR Advisor to manage HR Operations for the Benelux and Nordics. You will be the first HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth processes aligned with policy, law, and strategic goals, including payroll, recruitment, contracts, and fleet administration.

You’ll lead onboarding, support managers on complex topics, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes, while ensuring timely, accurate HR data across the region in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive, autonomous, and data-driven with emphasis on process improvement.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own HR Operations for Benelux and Nordics region across all lifecycle stages.
• Provide expert support to managers on complex HR topics.
• Handle HR administration: contracts, benefits, taxes, visa processes, fleet.
• Lead or support onboarding for new hires and trainings locally.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and payroll processes with external provider.
• Partner with vendors, drive process improvements and HR projects.
