Circana is offering an HR Internship in the Netherlands based in Zaltbommel. This all-round internship provides exposure to HR across the function, with hands-on involvement in daily HR tasks and projects.

You will work closely with the Sr. HR Director and HRBP, supporting processes from onboarding to data management while building experience in UKG, Nmbrs, and HR systems. Fluency in Dutch and English, proactive attitude, and study in HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Interest or affinity with the HR field and data/tech/FMCG industry
• Enthusiastic, proactive and analytical mindset
• Strong Dutch and English language skills; proficient with MS Office including CoPilot
• Willing to learn and connect theory to practice
• Able to commit to at least 3 days per week for 4+ months, studying HR as a main focus

Responsabilités

• Support in all HR activities from onboarding to exits
• Update and maintain HR systems (UKG, Nmbrs)
• Answer HR questions from employees daily via email and on-site
• Assist HRBP with People Cycle and ongoing HR projects
• Take on ad hoc tasks as needed
