Qualifications

• Enrolled at a European university in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Preferable field of studies: Human Resources, Business, General Management, or related.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); Dutch is a bonus.
• EU working rights required.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partners with administrative duties and analyses.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Contribute to HR projects such as engagement, talent management, and compensation & benefits.
