Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed)an HBO, Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management (with HR specialisation), or a related field.
• Interest in HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the HRBP team across multiple countries.
• Maintain organisational charts and employee records.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes (e.g., internal transfers, documentation).
• Support compliance with local labour laws and HR policies.
