Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is offering an HR / People Operations internship for 5–6 months starting February 2027. You will support our growing international team, work with People Specialists on HR tasks, and contribute at operational, administrative, and strategic levels.

We welcome bachelor students in HR or Hospitality, fluent English speakers, and those with Dutch as a plus. You’ll gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic, hybrid hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a school/college within the EU.
• Bachelor student in Human Resources, Hospitality or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus (written and spoken).
• Legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact to support employees and managers on HR related questions.
• Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and employee details in HR software.
• Assist in meaningful HR projects and initiatives.
• Represent The Social Hub at career events and internship fairs.
