Henkel Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support HR Business Partners across the country. You will drive onboarding, employee lifecycle activities and exits, and use data to assist decisions.

The role provides exposure to multiple functions and Henkel sites, including Amsterdam and Utrecht, with at least 60% of days in the two offices. You will also contribute to HR projects such as engagement, wellbeing, and DEI, and act as an ambassador for the intern

Responsabilidades

• Supporting HRBPs and managing day-to-day HR admin, HR communication and lifecycle related activities from onboarding to exit.
• Leveraging and analyzing data to support the HR Business Partners in making decisions.
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, wellbeing, DEI, or other initiatives you are eager to contribute to).
• Being an ambassador of the intern community, managing the community and driving intern engagement initiatives and events.
