Zusammenfassung

Circana is seeking an HR intern for a hands-on role in the Netherlands. You will work in a small team with a Sr. HR Director and Sr. HR Business Partner, gaining exposure to HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and rewards across local and international teams.

You will actively support HR tasks, learn our systems (UKG & Nmbrs), and help respond to employee inquiries. This is a collaborative, growth-oriented internship with flexible arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Interest or affinity with the HR field and data/tech/FMCG industry.
• Enthusiastic, initiatiive-driven and analytical.
• Good command of Dutch and English; proficient with MS Office including CoPilot.
• Willing to learn and connect theory to practice.
• Can commit to at least 3 days per week for 4 months, preferably longer.
• Currently studying Human Resources or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Support all HR processes including onboarding, offboarding and internal movements.
• Update and maintain HR systems (UKG & Nmbrs).
• Answer HR questions from employees daily via mailbox and on-site.
• Support the HRBP with the People Cycle (performance, engagement) and ongoing HR projects.
• Possibly take on ad hoc tasks as needed.

What will you be doing?

De afdeling bestaat uit een Sr. HR Director en een Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) waarbij nauw wordt samengewerkt met Center of Excellences zoals HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development en Rewards die zowel lokaal als internationaal zitten.

Het betreft een allround meewerkstage waarbij je eigen verantwoordelijkheden krijgt. Daarbij maak je kennis met alle facetten op het gebied van HR door zowel zelfstandig te handelen als onze HR collega’s te ondersteunen. Samen met hen support je medewerkers en teammanagers in HR gerelateerde taken.

Job Responsibilities

• Je ondersteunt in alle voorkomende werkzaamheden rondom in-, door- en uitstroom
• Updaten en bijhouden van onze HR systemen (UKG & Nmbrs)
• Beantwoorden van HR vragen van medewerkers die dagelijks in onze HR mailbox binnen komen en op kantoor
• Supporten van de HRBP met de People Cycle (performance, engagement etc) en lopende HR projecten
• Daarnaast kan er gevraagd worden om ad hoc taken op te pakken

• Je ben in staat om zaken snel op te pikken en je ziet snel wat er moet gebeuren. Ook ben je niet bang om fouten te maken.
• Je hebt een hebt een proactieve houding.
• Je kan met verschillende type mensen omgaan.
• Je bent gedreven en stapt gemakkelijk op anderen af, waarbij je weet hoe je zakelijk en laagdrempelig een gesprek voert.

Education And Experience

• Je hebt interesse of affiniteit met het HR vak en hebt belangstelling voor de data/tech/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) branche
• Je bent een enthousiast persoon, initiatiefrijk en analytisch ingesteld
• Je hebt een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en kunt daarnaast goed overweg met MS Office incl. CoPilot
• Je bent leergierig en in staat theorie te koppelen aan de praktijk
• Je kan minimaal 4 maanden, maar bij voorkeur langer, minimaal 3 dagen per week meewerken tijdens de stage
• Je volgt een studie in de richting van Human Resources en/of dit is een belangrijk onderdeel van je studie
