Job summary

Bayer AG is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Hoofddorp office to support UK and Ireland customers. The role involves delivering exceptional service, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring orders and deliveries meet client needs.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with at least 2 days per week in the office, a competitive gross monthly salary, and a comprehensive benefit package. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of operational experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, or Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred.
• Customer focus, results orientation, communication, collaboration, agility, relationship and decision-making are key competencies.
• Familiarity with IT systems and tools, such as SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
• Native or fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Engage and Interact: orchestrate the service relationship for assigned customer accounts; analyse history, understand supply needs, optimize orders and deliveries.
• Customer Satisfaction: provide outstanding service and promptly address requests to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Influence: work with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to influence product take and delivery timing to meet targets.
• Continuous Improvement: identify efficiency improvements and drive positive changes.
