Bayer in the Netherlands (Hoofddorp) is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the UK and Ireland. This two-year opportunity places you as the go-to contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring business needs are met.

You will collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams, manage orders and deliveries, and contribute to customer satisfaction and process improvements. English fluency and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of operational experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, or Administration.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.
• Customer focus, results orientation, communication, collaboration, agility, relationship and conflict management, and decision-making are key competencies.
• Familiarity with IT systems and tools, such as SAP, Salesforce is preferred.
• Native or fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Engage and Interact: be the orchestrator of the service relationship for assigned customer accounts.
• Customer Satisfaction: address requests promptly and seek feedback to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Influence: work with Commercial and Supply Chain to influence product take and delivery timing.
• Continuous Improvement: identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
