Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Full-time Customer Care Operations Expert to support all daily Offer-to-Cash activities. You will work with sales, finance, transport, quality, and other teams to ensure accurate execution and top-tier patient care from our Heerlen office, with a hybrid option after training.

You will own the end-to-end order cycle, drive process improvements, and build strong partnerships across Western Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Nordic language is a strong advantage.
Experience in customer service or order operations.
Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving standards.
Knowledge of Agile/Lean/Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for OTC process execution with business partners.
Own the complete order cycle from request to delivery, ensuring accuracy and high-quality customer experience.
Manage inquiries with a first-time-right mindset.
Resolve issues pro-actively, coordinating across functions and translating insights into improvements.
Build and maintain partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders across Western Europe.
Ensure structured and compliant documentation in guides and SOPs.
Contribute to continuous improvement by spotting patterns and implementing Lean Sigma changes.
Promote stability, quality, and continuous improvement in every interaction.
