Job summary

Tellet, an Amsterdam-based AI startup, seeks a Junior Customer Delivery Manager to oversee client projects from onboarding to delivery. You will coordinate with panel agencies to secure high-quality responses and oversee setup and execution on the Tellet platform.

This role is hybrid, based in Amsterdam city center, offering 25 vacation days, with a 12:00–20:00 schedule to support international client hours. Excellent English is required; Dutch is a plus, and 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience with client interaction.
• Excellent English communication skills; Dutch speaking is a plus.
• Proven organizational and project management skills.
