Job summary

Tellet, an AI startup in Amsterdam, seeks a Customer Delivery Manager Intern working 32 hours per week in a hybrid setup. You will support client projects from onboarding to delivery and coordinate with panel agencies to ensure high-quality responses on the Tellet platform.

You will handle client communication, quoting, invoicing and follow-ups, while proactively identifying automation opportunities and collaborating with product and sales teams.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Delivery Manager Intern with strong project management and operational excellence skills, as well as an interest in market research. What will you be doing?

• Support client projects, from onboarding to delivery.
• Coordinate with panel agencies (like Norstat) to ensure high-quality responses.
• Oversee project setup and execution on the Tellet platform.
• Support client communication, quoting, invoicing, and follow-up.
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as product and sales.
