Manage client projects, from onboarding to delivery.
Coordinate with panel agencies (like Norstat) to ensure high-quality responses.
Oversee project setup and execution on the Tellet platform.
Handle client communication, quoting, invoicing, and follow-up.
Proactively identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows.
Work closely with internal teams, such as product and sales.
Located in Amsterdam's city center.
