Job summary

XPEL BV in Tilburg, Netherlands, is seeking a Customer Service representative (level I) to join our Europe and UK team. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Process orders before 3PM (including web orders).
• Create invoices and participate in CSR team meetings.
• Provide product support and maintain product knowledge.
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments when needed.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and assign leads.
