Job summary

XPEL, Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Service representative (level I) to thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and inbound/outbound calls.

You will process orders before 3 PM (including web orders), create invoices, provide technical product support, update knowledge through training, and help identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a Customer Service department.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Results-driven with good judgment and time management.
• Professional appearance and attitude; fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide variety of administrative tasks and inbound/outbound calls.
• Process orders before 3PM (including web orders) and create invoices.
• Provide product support and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain product and DAP knowledge through training.
• Support referral programs and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Translate messages if language skills available.
• Assist in CSR team meetings and KPI achievement.
