Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have MBO+/HBO level diploma and a minimum of 4 years experience in an account management role within the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with PPF, coatings, and window tint products is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key accounts to support ongoing business.
• Support onboarding of new customers in XPEL systems.
• Ensure customer accounts, pricing structures, and program requirements are set.
• Answer potential customers' questions via email or phone.
• Research, analyze, and qualify leads.
• Maintain up-to-date product and service information.
