Job summary

OPPLE Europe is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, to be the first point of contact for customers and sales teams, ensuring an excellent experience.

You will own the full customer journey from order entry to delivery, process orders in SAP, maintain master data, coordinate with logistics and 3PL partners, and keep stakeholders informed to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, order management, or similar.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP is a big plus).
• Strong communication skills (English and German required; more languages are a bonus).
• Fluent in English; fluent Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for our customers, and salespeople.
• Process and manage orders in SAP (from entry to invoicing).
• Keep master data, customer, pricing, and product, accurate.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and transport, partners to track and deliver orders on time.
• Keep customers and sales teams in the loop.
• Face challenges and fix all kinds of issues to make our customer happy.
• Build strong, trust-based customer relationships.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to solve problems fast.
• Spot inefficiencies and help improve processes.
• Take ownership and drive things to completion.
