Job summary

Van Oord’s Global Financial Shared Service Center (GFSSC) in Rotterdam handles centralized accounts payable processes to support projects, business units and staff functions. The role focuses on accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations within a dynamic, international finance team.

You will manage master data, vendor inquiries and monthly reconciliations, contributing to continuous improvement and timely financial reporting.

• Solid foundation in finance with accuracy, data analysis and process improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic, international environment.
• Ability to work with data, systems and colleagues to deliver high-quality financial results.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Supplier Master Data and register global supplier invoices with accuracy.
• Prepare and process weekly vendor payments and urgent/manual payments.
• Support business users with invoice questions and maintain vendor relationships.
