Adams Multilingual Recruitment is recruiting an Accounts Payable Accountant for a fast-growing international company headquartered in Amsterdam. You will own day-to-day AP across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments.

The role requires 2+ years in AP, Dutch and English fluency, and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) and Excel. Hybrid work, 40 hours/week, with a 7-month fixed-term contract and potential renewal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Completed education in accounting or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a strong plus.
• Good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process PO and non-PO invoices accurately and on time across multiple entities.
• Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
• Process daily bank statements and review AP aging monthly.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data.
