Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to strengthen our FSSC in Breda (NL). You will manage supplier, consignor and customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while following SOX controls.

You will input invoices into Basware and Oracle ERP, maintain AP subledgers, and collaborate with site staff to resolve discrepancies. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable and accounting experience (2 years or more).
• Professional level English.
• Experience with Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, refunds, and expense reports.
• Input data/invoices into Basware and Oracle ERP system.
• Maintain accurate AP subledgers and ensure timely payments.
• Follow up on unpaid and late invoices.
• Assist with month/quarter/year-end closing and reporting.
• Collaborate with site staff to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
