Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support recruitment, wages, personnel administration and internal communication within a vibrant hotel setting.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, assist with benefits and regulations, and help create a positive, inclusive workplace. Dutch and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Enrolled in Hospitality or HR study.
Available for minimum of five months.
Very communicative in Dutch and English.
Hands-on, pro-active and enthusiastic.
Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or enrolled in Dutch institution).

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, selection, wages, salaries, personnel administration, internal communication, benefits, laws, regulations and Hyatt standards.
Serve as first point of contact for colleagues and provide support across HR tasks.
