Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is offering a Finance Intern role at our five-star property. You will support the finance team with daily activities and learn systems like Opera, IScala, Micros and Lotus Notes while collaborating with other departments to provide exceptional guest service.

This internship is six months or longer; you must be enrolled in Hospitality or Finance, fluent in English and Dutch, and eager to contribute to efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Finance related degree.
• Always seeking opportunities & creative solutions.
• Hands-on, pro-active and enthusiastic.
• Available for six months or longer.
• Detail-oriented, approachable, and not afraid to make decisions.
• Very communicative in English and in Dutch.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or enrolled in a Dutch Institution)

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily activities of the finance team.
• Learn and work with financial systems: Opera, IScala, Micros and Lotus Notes.
• Tackle challenges to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with all operational departments to support guest needs.
