Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. You will support recruitment, personnel administration, internal communication, and benefits while aligning with Hyatt standards.

We value proactive and enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Dutch and English, and who are enrolled in a Hospitality or HR related study for a minimum of five months, able to contribute to a diverse, energetic environment.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Hospitality or HR related study.
Available for minimum of five months.
Very communicative in Dutch and English.
Hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic.
Detail-oriented and approachable.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, selection, wages, salaries, personnel administration, internal communication, benefits, laws, regulations and Hyatt standards.
Work closely with all other departments to provide personnel with what and who matters to them most.
