Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Finance Intern to support accounts receivable activities, learn the hotel’s financial systems, and collaborate across departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The role suits a student in a Hospitality or Finance degree who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and fluent in English and Dutch.

You will gain hands-on experience with Opera, IScala, Micros and Lotus Notes while supporting the finance team and daily hotel operations in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Finance related degree.
• Hands-on, pro-active and enthusiastic.
• Available for six months or longer.
• Detail-oriented, approachable, and not afraid to make decisions.
• Very communicative in English and in Dutch.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or enrolled in a Dutch Institution (visa/permit assistance not provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Receivables by sending invoices to third party companies and suppliers.
• Learn and use financial systems Opera, IScala, Micros and Lotus Notes.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure guests receive what matters to them most.

We are looking for a Finance Intern!
