Job summary

Hoek Group in Rijnsburg (The Netherlands) invites an HR intern to join a dynamic, international team. You’ll be fully integrated into the HR department, gaining a broad and realistic view of daily HR operations while supporting the team with various activities and occasionally taking on tasks independently.

You’ll contribute ideas to HR projects, participate at tactical and strategic levels, and receive thorough guidance and personal development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in the Human Resource Management program at a university of applied sciences.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch with good English.
• Available for at least 20 weeks; 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with various activities.
• Take on tasks independently when needed.
• Actively contribute ideas to HR projects and improvement initiatives.
• Gain experience at tactical and strategic levels.
