Job summary

Henkel Netherlands is offering a dynamic 6‑month, full‑time HR internship as part of the Netherlands HR Team. You will support HRBPs, handle onboarding to exit processes, analyze data, and contribute to various HR projects while engaging with a diverse intern community.

You will split time between Amsterdam and Utrecht offices, working at least 60% on-site, with 10–12 paid leave days and a 1000‑1250 EUR monthly internship allowance. Remote work up to 40% is possible.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed studies in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Law at a WO/HBO university.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs and manage day-to-day HR admin, onboarding to exit.
• Analyze data to support HR decision making.
• Contribute to HR projects (engagement, wellbeing, DEI, etc.).
• Help manage intern community and drive engagement events.
